Keith’s more than 40 years of service in the insurance & financial industry started at the age of 20. Keith spent his first 13 years with a large domestic insurance company, then founded Puffenbarger Insurance & Financial Services Inc. in May of 1989. Starting out in insurance, by 1991 he had expanded into financial services. Since that time, he has grown his business to 15 employees servicing six states, including the District of Columbia. A graduate of Brentsville High School in Nokesville, Virginia, Keith is married with four children and three grandchildren. He has a strong commitment to his church, family and community.
Jenn started her career with Puffenbarger Insurance in March of 2000. She is licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance along with Life & Health. A Fauquier County native, Jenn graduated from Strayer University in 2005 with a degree in Business Administration, and is now working on a bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing & Social Media from The Art Institute. She holds a designation for being a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC)–one of the most advanced, highly recognized professional education designation programs in the insurance industry. Before her current position, she spent seven years working with our business clients. Her passions include giving back to the community and spending time with her Sphynx

An associate agent who specializes in life, farm, home, auto insurance and Financial Services, Scott Puffenbarger began his career with the agency in 2001. He also holds his financials license and has a designation in the Agribusiness and Farm Insurance Specialist (AFIS) program. His number one goal is to take care of every client and help them protect their most important assets. In his spare time, Scott enjoys spending time with his wife Kelly and daughter Olivia, playing golf
A Virginia native, U.S. military veteran and a graduate of both Lord Fairfax Community College and George Mason University, Jack’s passion is to assist his clients with their risk management needs in a manner that ensures their success. He’s proud to be a member of the Northern Virginia business community and supports several local charities. His hobbies include spending time with his family and enjoying the outdoors.
Vicki has lived in the Prince William and Fauquier County area for most of her life. She and her family now reside in Catlett, Virginia. She is a graduate of George Mason University with a BS in Economics. Vicki started her career with the Puffenbarger Agency in 2001. She holds Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses and is the agency’s Technology and Human Resource specialist. She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
A longtime resident of Prince William and Fauquier Counties, Wilton is a graduate of James Madison University with a degree in Business Administration. He started his career in the insurance industry in October of 1986; and during his 30-plus-year career he has worked for several insurance companies as a Claims Adjuster and Agent, joining the Puffenbarger Agency in October of 1996. A lifelong resident of Fauquier County, Diane grew up on her family’s dairy farm and transitioned into insurance from a career as a paralegal and 10 years in retail management. After three years with the Moore Agency, she joined Puffenbarger Insurance & Financial Services in 2008 and is currently the agency’s Personal Lines Team Leader. Diane enjoys helping her clients by customizing coverages that fit within their budgets. Her spare time is spent cooking, dabbling in photography, being outdoors, spending time with family, friends and her dog Ozzie.
Previously with State Farm in Loudoun County, Lori joined the Puffenbarger team as a Personal Lines Customer Service Agent and is a Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent. She grew up in Loudoun County, but spent some time in Atlanta, Georgia, before moving back home to the Northern Virginia area. She spends her free time with her husband, three children, black Labrador retriever, two ducks and Guinea pig.
Tanner joined the Puffenbarger Insurance team in November 2017. After spending the last two years in beverage sales. He has spent the last 20 years in the Richmond area, he decided to move to Fauquier County to pursue a career in the insurance industry. He enjoys playing/watching many sports as well as being involved in the local Young life community.
Jazmine has worked in the insurance industry for more than five years, three of those as a Puffenbarger agent, holding both Property and Casualty licenses. She enjoys reading, watching TV, and going on adventures. She is also a big Nick Jonas fan.
Stephanie has been in Farm & Commercial Insurance, collectively, for more than 15 years, rejoining Puffenbarger Insurance in 2017. A lifelong resident of Fauquier County, she graduated from Fauquier High School and resides in Warrenton with her husband, two children and menagerie of animals. You can normally find her on the ball field, watching the kids play sports, supporting local Special Olympics events with her husband, or in rare moments of downtime, camping with her family.
Michelle joined Puffenbarger six years ago as an Administrative Assistant, moved into the role of Personal Lines Customer Service Representative, then transitioned into her current position as Commercial Customer Service Representative. A 2004 graduate of Liberty High School, Michelle resides in Catlett, Virginia, with her 8-year-old son, loves cars and is a huge Marvel Comics movies fan.
A 15-year licensed Property & Casualty Agent, Stephanie joined our agency in 2005 in our personal lines department before transitioning to commercial lines in 2014. She was born and raised in Culpeper, Virginia, and graduated from Culpeper County High School in 1997. She currently resides there with her husband and 7-year-old daughter. In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys reading and spending time with family. She is also active with Girl Scouts of America and is co-leader of a local Brownie Scout Troop.
Joining Puffenbarger in July 2017, Alex has been working in the insurance industry for a little more than 5 years. He grew up in Gainesville, Virginia, and plays paintball competitively at Pev’s. He recently graduated from James Madison University, where he obtained a degree in political science.
